We are seeking a self-motivated individual that thrives in a team-oriented environment.  While experience is an asset, it is not required for the right candidate.  A valid TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) certificate is mandatory.  This is a full time position Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturdays (as scheduled) 10am-1pm.

Key responsibilities:

- Collaborate effectively with the team to meet client needs

- Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients in planning their travel arrangements

Requirements:

- Self-starter with a sense of initiative

- Ability to work well with others in a team setting

- Valid TICO certification (required)

- Strong communication and problem solving skills

- Great attention to detail

Additional information:

- References will be required

- Recent graduates from a Travel College program will need to provide academic transcripts and a Professor's reference letter (a professor who can vouch for your skills, work ethic and academic achievements) if selected for an interview

- Wage to be determined based on experience
