I sent her a message and right from the very first message, she was friendly, polite and super accommodating. The travel agency itself is a lovely and clean building, smiling faces and very inviting. Amanda asked what we were looking for, our budget, timeframe and worked quickly and found a few options for us. She was fast and efficient and made us feel very comfortable. A week before we were set to leave, there was a possible west jet strike, and she assured us not to worry. We travelled to punta Cana at the end of May, and I couldn’t be happier with our trip and who we booked through. Everything was perfect.
